At Unbound Lineage, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.


1. Return Eligibility

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, you must contact us first at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

If your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • Return instructions
  • Return shipping details

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • The wrong item

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@unboundlineage.com

We will evaluate the issue and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement
  • Refund
  • Store credit

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or product:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible)
  2. Place a new order separately

This ensures faster processing and product availability.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Worn, washed, or used items
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Gift cards

6. Refunds

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • If rejected, the item may be returned back to you

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
